The SaveMe website coupons needed design improvements to optimize user engagement and conversions, especially on the most frequently visited page.
I was tasked with designing a user-friendly website and a mobile app for SaveMe, a discount coupon platform.
My actions:
- Website Optimization: Using Hotjar’s heatmaps and user interaction videos, I identified user behavior patterns and identified areas for improvement on the website. The analysis revealed that vertically arranged offers drove higher conversions compared to horizontally arranged offers. Additionally, larger images and arrows alongside pricing encouraged clicks.
- App Design: I used SketchApp to design the SaveMe mobile app, focusing on a user-centric experience.
Result:
The website redesign, guided by data-driven insights, resulted in a more intuitive and engaging user experience, leading to increased conversions. The mobile app development further expanded SaveMe’s reach, offering users a convenient and accessible platform to access discount.
